The Lore Keepers of Povar: An Everquest Guild

This is long over due

As many on Povar already knows, The guild known as the Lore Keepers could not substain itself any longer, and in March of 2007 it was decided to end Lore Keepers as a raiding guild on Povar. I am sure for others as it was for myself that our time spent in Lore Keepers was great and we are all sadden to see it it come to an end.

It's Electrifying......

Well our forces were a little light this week but we still managed to end with a bang and make the most of it and had some fun.

First we revisited an old friend Bloodeye and beat him down silly. He was much easier this time as his adds were handled flawlessly.

Then we decided to try something new in TSS where light blue trash hit for 4K go figure...
So with our first attempt at this we won almost perfectly and took Kellak the Serpent Lord's loot. We will be back another day for more!!!

I knew I smelled an update or was that nm... Vule dead to LK!

Well, we started off the night with some easy loots from Shyra with Vule on tap.

Thanks to Dewy aka Balanine, we got all our forces to Vule safely and we fine tuned our strategies. We had our pally DPS team roaring gtg and clickers itching...

And well, patience, persistence, teamwork, focus and keeping Talun up for the whole fight all come to mind for this awesome win for us.

Gratz Lore Keepers on a job well done!

And then we rounded off the night with me tanking more than usual muhahaha...

Vishimtar the Fallen Falls Again!

As part of strategy, we allowed Vish to get over confident with his DT's. Then we went back in to spank him hard and laugh at his DT's. We continue to improve on this event making it easier.

Porthio is not a Myth...

So we finally found Porthio and his pet up and we gave them a run for their money.

First try we got him to only around 75% as his pet was too feisty for us. So next attempt we adjusted our strat and got him to ~17%.

So we were determined to kill them and didn't give up and 3rd time proved to be a charm. Way to go Lorekeepers!!!
